There is nothing wrong with Wix—we just prefer Squarespace, and it offers everything a coach, therapist or consultant might need for their business.

Most brand and web design projects require starting fresh on a new Squarespace 7.1 website.

There are some exceptions to the rule—when you inquire to work with us, let us know that you would like to stay on your current website, and drop the link to your site so we can take a peek.

If you’re on the old Squarespace 7.0 platform, we can update your 7.0 site to 7.1, or migrate to 7.1. We do not redesign 7.0 sites.

Yes! Your Squarespace website design needs will likely change and evolve as your business does. You can always hire us again to assist you with any updates.

We usually book out for branding and web design projects a few months in advance, but sometimes our clients need to postpone their project and we have an immediate opening.

Yes. We do our best to make the investment manageable for you.

We offer day rates only to our clients who have gone through the foundational process with us (one of the two tiers above). That way, we aren't putting a bandaid on things that need more attention.

That said, you can book an hour-long Strategy Session with Rebecca to talk about your brand, website or business at any time.

Absolutely. It's very important to us that ALL audiences are able to use your website easily.

We are mindful of color contrast and readability. In our custom packages we add "alt text" for screen readers, so visually impaired users know the content of your images.

We also offer free installation of AccessiBe*, an accessibility widget that ensures that your site is always accessible, even if you make changes to your site. You can see it in action on the bottom left of my own Squarespace website.

Our semi-custom website service takes one week to design and launch, but we give you 1-2 months leading up to that to write copy and gather images.

Our custom projects typically take 6-8 weeks, depending on the scope of work.

We want you to have success, and typically that means that we'd approach your website design project holistically, rather than piecemeal.

During our Strategic Discovery Call, we can assess your goals, and make recommendations about how we think you should proceed.

We want your website to get you results. The words on your site are a big part of that.

In our experience, most of our clients need help copywriting, so we bake it into our work together.

You'll write the "raw copy" so that your website sounds like you; we'll make sure that your words work well for web audiences.
